Do you provide Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)?

We provide managed IaaS: we design, provision and run your cloud infrastructure — compute, storage and networking — on the major cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on Hetzner or Proxmox where that fits better. We are not a hyperscaler; we operate your infrastructure on them, with the automation, monitoring and on-call that keep it reliable. If the public cloud platforms still need choosing and comparing first, that is part of the engagement.

What counts as one project?

One project is a single application or environment we operate end to end — its CI/CD pipelines, containers, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring and on-call. The €500/month covers planned engineering and 24/7 incident response for that environment; large one-off migrations or net-new build-outs are scoped separately. Do you work with existing infrastructure or only greenfield setups?

Both. Most engagements start with an audit of the existing environment (Docker, CI scripts, server configuration), followed by incremental improvements. Greenfield setups are also welcome.
